Recently all new Nikto development has moved from Assembla to GitHub!
There were a lot of reasons for this, but primarily we hope the easy access for the hordes of GitHub users will lead to more development and ticket submissions (not to mention some nifty git features). There were also some difficult-to-squash (without much rework) permissions issues on the old source hosting and tickets, which we couldn't ignore.
So, create a clone army by grabbing the source tree from GitHub (and pushing things)!
The existing Assembla source repo will remain open (but locked) indefinitely, as it contains a lot of project history, checkin notes and every old Nikto release.
